Rillet has reached unicorn status after raising $100 million in Series C funding, valuing the AI-native enterprise resource planning (ERP) fintech at $1 billion.
The round was led by ICONIQ, with participation from Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Creandum, Sequoia Global Equities, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, Battery Ventures, FirstMark, and Scale Venture Partners.

The latest investment brings Rillet’s total funding to more than $200 million since the company was founded in 2021. It also marks the fintech’s third major funding round in just 18 months, following a $70 million Series B in August 2025 and a $25 million Series A in May 2025.
Based in California, Rillet launched from stealth in 2024 with an AI-native ERP platform designed to automate core finance operations. Its software covers general ledger management, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, investor reporting, and month-end closing.
Building an AI Operating Layer for Finance
Rillet is positioning its platform as more than a traditional ERP system. The company aims to combine financial data, accounting workflows, and AI agents within a single environment where automated systems can perform operational tasks while finance teams retain oversight.
The company says it has more than 600 customers, while new annual recurring revenue has doubled over the past three months. The latest funding will be used to accelerate product development and expand into additional industries, including biotech, healthcare, fintech, logistics, and professional services.
“For the last two decades, the ERP has been treated as a system of record, a place to store what already happened. In the AI era, it has to become the operating layer for what happens next.”
Nicolas Kopp, CEO and Co-founder of Rillet
The company’s approach reflects a broader shift in enterprise software, with fintech and accounting platforms increasingly moving from systems that record financial activity toward software capable of actively executing finance workflows.
Rillet’s AI agents are designed to work directly within the general ledger and other financial processes rather than simply providing information or recommendations. This allows businesses to automate repetitive accounting tasks while maintaining an auditable record of actions.
“Rillet is building that harness: one environment where humans and agents share the same financial truth, divide the work and keep every action auditable.”
Nicolas Kopp, CEO and Co-founder of Rillet
Rapid Growth
The latest funding round follows a rapid period of expansion for Rillet. The company has raised more than $200 million across three major rounds in approximately 18 months, with its valuation increasing to $1 billion.
Its customer base has also grown to more than 600 businesses, while the company continues to expand the range of industries served by its ERP platform.
The investment will support further development of Rillet’s AI capabilities and its expansion into new verticals. The company is effectively targeting a market traditionally dominated by large ERP providers while building its platform around AI from the outset.
As AI adoption accelerates across finance departments, Rillet is betting that ERP systems will evolve from passive financial records into active operating infrastructure capable of completing accounting and finance work in real time.
