The round was led by Lachy Groom, former Head of Stripe Issuing, with participation from Thomson Reuters Ventures, Thrive Capital, Field Ventures, Cameron Ventures, and a group of technology founders and angel investors, including Guillermo Rauch, Akshay Kothari, and Tomer London.

Founded in 2020, Ambrook develops financial software for businesses operating in sectors such as agriculture, ranching, trucking, construction, and property management. The platform combines bookkeeping, payments, invoicing, expense tracking, and cash management into a single application, helping business owners manage their finances without relying on multiple disconnected tools.

The latest investment brings Ambrook’s total funding to $59 million, following its $26.1 million Series A completed in 2025.

Over the past year, the company has more than tripled its customer base, growing from approximately 2,500 to more than 8,000 businesses across all 50 US states.

Ambrook plans to use the new capital to expand its product offering, invest further in artificial intelligence, and strengthen its integrated payments and cash management capabilities. The company says AI will play a larger role in simplifying bookkeeping, automating financial workflows, and delivering business insights to customers.

The funding reflects continued investor interest in vertical fintech platforms built for industries that have traditionally been underserved by mainstream financial software. Rather than offering generic accounting tools, companies like Ambrook are developing specialised financial infrastructure tailored to the operational needs of businesses in sectors such as agriculture, logistics, and construction.
