Founded in 2021 by former J.P. Morgan executives Antonio Berga and Carlos Serrano alongside former Fintonic CTO Tomás Gil, Embat provides treasury management and financial operations infrastructure for businesses.

The platform connects with more than 15,000 banks and major ERP systems to help companies automate treasury workflows, improve liquidity visibility, and streamline financial operations.

One of the company’s core products is TellMe, an AI-powered treasury analyst designed to identify cash flow trends, automate reconciliations, and support liquidity management decisions.

According to Embat, the platform can automate up to 80% of treasury processes while improving real-time visibility into cash positions and operational finance data.

The company currently serves more than 400 corporate clients across Europe and has grown its workforce to approximately 150 employees.

Following expansion into the UK and Ireland last year, Embat plans to use the new funding to strengthen local operations, increase hiring, and scale its treasury infrastructure platform across additional European markets.

The funding reflects growing investor interest in enterprise finance infrastructure platforms focused on treasury automation, cash management, and AI-driven financial operations.
